Tiramisu is a beautiful and classic dessert but who's to stop from having a breakfast version? That's right. Breakfast just got a whole lot more interesting. I advocate for having dark chocolate for breakfast and this is definitely an exciting way to incorporate our Time for Cocoa & Coco granola.

Ingredients:
Stale bread/banana bread
Yoghurt (non-dairy if needed)
Espresso
Time for Cocoa & Coco granola
Fresh raspberries
Recipe (serves 2)
Cube 2-3 slices of your chosen bread and add to the bottom of each glass.
Pour 1/2 a shot of espresso into each glass making sure it is soaked up by the bread.
Scoop 1/2 a cup of yoghurt into each glass.
Add 1/4 cup granola (or as much as you like!) on top of the yoghurt.
Top with one more dollop of yoghurt, fresh raspberries and chocolate shavings.
